Hotels with special rates for conference participants:
We have arranged hotels with special discounted rates near HKU for Forum participants. Reservations and enquiries should be made directly to the hotels listed below by using the relevant reservation forms and contact methods. You are advised to make the booking as early as possible, not later than the specified deadlines to guarantee the discount offer. All arrangements are subject to change by the hotels concerned.
Before making a reservation for the upcoming conference, please take note of the following important information:
1. The details provided on this page are for your convenience and are not binding. In case of a discrepancy between the information on this page and a hotel's terms and conditions, the hotel's terms will prevail, as your contract is with the hotel and not with the Faculty of Law.
2. Reservations should be made directly with the hotel using the provided reservation instructions.
a) Your credit card details will be used to guarantee the booking. All room charges and incidental expenses must be settled upon check-out, either by cash or credit card, unless stated otherwise.
b) Hotel check-in times vary, typically starting from 2:00 PM or 3:00 PM. Please refer to your booking confirmation for the specific check-in time.
c) Hotel check-out time is at 12:00 PM.
d) Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
e) For cancellation policies, please refer to the respective hotel's terms and conditions.
Due to high demand for hotel rooms during the conference period, we strongly recommend making your reservation in advance to secure the preferential rates offered to conference participants. Room availability is subject to confirmation.
Kindly note that there will be no shuttle bus service between the hotels and the conference site, as all hotels are within walking distance. If you have any physical limitations that make walking difficult, please contact the Centre for Comparative and Public Law at ccpl@hku.hk.
